Perfect description of the state of things. I would add that there is a certain class of people, not in power, who have succumbed to all the neurosis currently inflicting the elite. It makes these people behave like headless chickens running hither and thither in constant fear of everything. The people who believed every word of the Covid narrative and the Climate narrative and the racism narrative. They, too, need dealing with. So...what is the answer? How do we slow-to-anger-Anglo-Saxons (and the Celts) deal with all this? Do we just sit and watch the destruction of our country and our people and simply hope for the best? Because there will be no "best" will there? There will be either a secular totalitarian state or an Islamic totalitarian state, both full of poor, uneducated, unemployed and unimportant people.

"Deviation from the establishment view means excommunication and social exile."

Regarding "social exile"...

I've been thinking a lot lately about something professional hypnotists figured out some time ago: about 20% of the population is highly suggestible and very easy to hypnotize; 20% thinks independently and cannot be hypnotized; the remaining 60% are somewhere in between.

So under the current regime, a large number of people (20% plus a substantial portion of the 60% who lie on the continuum between high suggestibility and independent thinking) are going to just "go with the flow."

This can leave the 20% (of which practically all the readers of this Stack will be members) feeling like they are in "social exile" for maintaining their grip on sanity.

It's one of the hardest things in the world for a social being (as we humans are) to be ostracized from the group. One of the things I appreciate most about blogs like this one is that it is a way for "the 20%" to know we are not alone.
