1. Import people who are (at best) above average in 1 skill but ignore they are below average in most other civilization-making skills.

I've seen Monckton in action. He does seem to understand what is going on. Labour are now dependent on the Muslim vote, which will ultimately sink them. They are working on blasphemy laws.
They are a middle class group of snobs obsessed with control. That's why they are socialists, a failed philosophy that has never worked anywhere.
Another nail hit squarely on the head. Clarity. I despair at what can be done to highlight this lunacy or demonstrate the real agenda that is going on to those who glibly accept the situation. I fear that the architects can ignore our minority bleatings with impunity in the knowledge that the vast majority lap up the sweeteners willingly, even to the point of praising the altruistic, benevolent, charitable, generous, and humanitarian agenda the elites are pushing.
Yes I agree. I know many who parrot the talking points verbatim. And we saw during Covid how few can challenge an official line, even when the personal effects may be lethal. That still amazes me. The dangers of uncontrolled immigration are more distant. People seem to lack threat filters.
As you say, they also get to feel smug. Those with an agenda understand well the "educated" middle classes are insecure. They need these moral high grounds provided by clearer thinkers. Many really do imagine they are doing God's work. They are not bad people, just naive. I pity the life their children will live.
Many European countries are on their way to complete destruction.
Capitalists selling services to the state profit from migration, and so they lobby for it and convince themselves that it is [A Good Thing]. Tack on their belief in Hayek/Mises-inspired neoliberal economic theory and it becomes and article of faith just as strong as any other such.
(And just as objectively wrong.)
Politicos see it as a core part of progressive ideology, be it Marxist or liberal at the core, and so also treat it as an ontological-epistemological objective truth that [Migration Is Good].
(And any empirical evidence to the contrary is interpreted as "we need to do more so it starts working"; c.f.r attempts at creating libertarian, socialist or hippie communes during the 20th century for similar but small-scale fiascos due to the same mental error.)
Normal people see it this way:
"Well, if they want to be here and want to be like us and behave and work and pay their way, then there's no problem, ennit?" and
"Toss out all the ones misbehaving and there's problem, is there?"
which is missing the point.
They are not you. They cannot become you, nor do they want to. They are themselves and they like being who they are, just like you do.
Which is why migration, the post-1950s versions, is nothing but slow-then-sudden genocide in effect no matter which plan one's specific bugbear of choice among the conspirators adheres to.
Nor ought it matter to anyone opposing migration: I'm 100% a-ok with the English saying "No more migration - deport 95% of everyone's whos come here since John Mayor was in office!" and having that including Scandinavians.
Because England is the land of the English where the English rule. Anyone coming there not respecting and obeying the domestic culture?
Is an invader and should be treated as such. Just look at how my ancestors acted once they realised that they could just show up, burn a couple of villages and then get paid to not do it so much, please?
The point of this ramble is, there can be no other position than "Get rid of them, the lot of them, any way it takes" and self-styled conservatives or right-wingers who say stuff like "But Mohammed what runs the chip-shop on the corner seems a decent fellow, his daughter and mine play land-hockey together at school dontcher know" doesn't understand, and is not right-wing or conservative, but just another liberal progressive anti-nationalist and anti-patriot.
Get few pints down them and they'll bend your ear off, never doubt, about how "alla them nig-nogs and wollygogs gotta go".

I think that stance is coming. Attitudes are hardening. None of this works. But it takes a lot for the average person to ignore what the guy on TV tells them.

My son got his bachelor’s degree in computer science two years ago and is still struggling to find a full time job. He’s had one internship and a part time remote gig via Upwork and that’s it. Has applied to hundreds of openings. I’m beginning to think I should photoshop his obviously white male LinkedIn picture and change his name to Patel. 🙄
The destruction of the tech world through offshoring and immigration will permanently erode our capacity to compete. It is absurd.

All immigration is treason. It serves no purpose other than to destroy our nations. I never thought I would say this even ten years ago but it is now self evident. Unfortunately the corollary is that our governments and media are (knowingly or not) under the control of hostile forces bent on our destruction.
