I do wonder. Creativity gives us immense satisfaction. Much more than dopamine driven consumption ever can. But it takes effort to unlock, so remains out of reach for most.

Perhaps. I choose to interpret it as focus on your own death and sometimes the other fellow's to help understand the common hell we inhabit.
