Toss them in the bin - any such test is a sure-fire way to maximise the number of narcissists in your workforce.

While sharing media links underscoring their superiority, and instructing them on the day's fashions in derogative stereotypes of and acceptable attacks on anyone who dissents in the least.

Psychiatry and psychology are among the most vicious, predatory discourses, whose Normal practitioners have immense power to turn any acts of dissent or resistance into literal fuel for no-limits Gulag treatment. A few years back I read a good book by an American psychiatrist outlining just how broken the world of psychiatry is; the DSM alone is something of a disaster and it plays a central role in much that ails us. The list of medicalized psychological issues grows with every edition.
It is an enduring worry of mine we will soon recast sexism and racism and all the rest as mental illnesses. That really will finish us off.

I think our governance frameworks are specifically designed for safeguarding society from Mimics. But Mimics only understand punishment and humiliation; they cannot be reformed. So when they break the governance-framework rules, it serves society if they are publicly seen in the ditch they have made for themselves, as examples and a warning to future Mimics.
I absolutely agree. A little known observation of narcissists is they tend to be slow learners as learning requires failure, then acceptance of our failure. We dust ourselves off and move forward with this knowledge. Narcissists cannot do this because to admit failure would cause their image to fracture; an existential threat. This basic learning process is then largely absent in their lives.
